“Earlier this week a box of old video tapes were found at the edge of the town’s surrounding forest. The finders were shocked when they recognized the people in the tapes as the group of young adults who went missing last month while hiking. The tapes were immediately delivered to the local police station, to be investigated further.”
“This morning every single person who came into contact with those tapes were either missing or found dead.”
“Although rare, it is possible for the gumiho to fall in love with their victim. In that case they will be given the chance to permanently become human, by refraining from killing or tasting meat for a thousand days. However, if their true identity as a gumiho is discovered before those days are up, they are forced to disappear permanently.”
