Antifa: lets dismantle our current government and instigate a horrendous for of government that commits mass murder and genocide for other reasons while using facist methods to try and silence other people
BLM: lies, lies, lies, bullshit riots, and cop shooting
centrist: everyone needs to chill the fuck out
Nazis: “The Jews are too privileged, they have too much power, they’re oppressing the German people!”
SJWs (AntiFa, BLM, etc): “The whites are too privileged, they have too much power, they’re oppressing the non-white people!”
“Hitler’s first written utterance on political questions dating from this period emphasized that what he called “the anti-Semitism of reason” must lead “to the systematic combating and elimination of Jewish privileges. Its ultimate goal must implacably be the total removal of the Jews.“”
Why are these considered only bad if “white” is turned to something else? It’s the same rhetoric that the nazis spread. Why should we consider anyone who uses this any better than the nazis, when they said the same stuff?
Someone defending Antifa or BLM deliberately ignores what they actually flippin’ do.
Take a shot.
remember that time a guy did an experiment where he did an entire speech at an antifa rally using only hitler quotes and everyone cheered
I’m screaming Antifa is literally a terrorist group “let’s just not commit genocide” my ass
Let’s back waaay the fuck up for a second here. These fucks don’t even know what the nazis were all about, but they’re not only out there insisting that everyone they hate is a nazi, but also that the reason they hate these people is because their political enemies are out there marching to promote genocide. Antifa is delusional enough to believe that they are going to stop a second holocaust, which they insist now covers all non-whites, by, 1) getting into street fights, smashing windows, knocking over trashcans, pulling random people out of their cars, and burning things, and 2) by demanding, though explicit violence, a total dismantlement of the current government to be replaced with a socialist/marxist government.
This is right up there with “feminism means equality!” and “communism is just, like, being nice to people?????”
i haven’t seen any noise about this on tumblr yet, but a fire has completely wiped out a small town in california.
they’re calling it the camp fire. over 20,000 residents have been evacuated so far, the last area estimates i heard were over an hour ago at 18,000 acres and its still zero percent contained.
this is the smoke from about 18 miles away from the fire three hours ago. if you know anyone near chico, paradise, oroville or durham california you might want to check they’re okay
UPDATE: 4PM FRI NOV. 9, 2018
the fire has completely walked over paradise, magalia, and much of the rest of butte county. it’s under 10% containment and moving towards chico, which was been mostly evacuated as well. it’s been documented as one of the top 20 deadliest fires seen in california. i know many of the people personally whose lives have been destroyed by this fire. my aunt and uncle’s home, of whom we’re very close to, was demolished last night, same goes for family friends and others who lived in paradise– which is completely gone. there are 5 confirmed deaths, several dozen missing people.
EVACUATION SITES STILL OPEN AS OF 1 HOUR AGO:
Butte County Fairgrounds (199 E Hazel St, Gridley, CA 95948)
Yuba-Sutter Fairground (442 Franklin Ave, Yuba City, CA 95991)
Glenn County Fairgrounds (221 E Yolo St, Orland, CA 95963)
Chester Memorial Hall (22 Gay Street, Chester)
HOW TO HELP/DONATE:
“Currently the best way to contribute is to make a monetary donation via the North Valley Community Foundation website.” -abc7news.com
“Supplies: Hope Center in Oroville (1950 Kitrick Ave Ste. A) is taking donations. Hours: Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Needs: warm clothes, shoes, socks, coats (primarily for elderly residents).” -abc7news.com
the majority of those affected by the fire in paradise were elderly people. and having known paradise and magalia myself for years, it’s not a wealthy part of california. these people will need help, and lots of it.
if you have any questions, you can message me personally or seek information online or from the above references personally.
if you cannot help yourself, please spread the word and reblog. so many wonderful people are going through a terrible thing and need your help.
Hey everyone how’s ur day im in traffic bc a fucking plane crashed on the freeway
Average day on a california freeway
is. that a Luftwaffe plane??
It sure is!
Some veteran grandpa pulled out a machine gun during the family BBQ and shot it down
…………..no he didn’t. he literally did not spend money on that. you just made that up.
the plane is owned by the Condor Squadron Club, a non-profit organization founded by WWII pilots. the organization restores and flies WWII planes for reenactments and commemorative parades in order to educate people about history and celebrate WWII vets.
the organization also runs an aviation museum at the Van Nuys airport and maintains the Portal of The Folded Wings Shrine to Aviation, a shrine built on the burial site of 15 pioneers in aviation, including Elizabeth Lippinscott McQueen, one of the first female pilots in America and the founder of the Women’s International Association of Aeronautics. they also do community service.
the pilot of this plane that crashed is a commercial pilot and historical reenactor. a mechanical failure caused the crash and he had to be pulled out by rescuers after the plane burst into flames and he became trapped.
he’s not a fucking nazi and i’m glad he’s okay. some of y’all need to fucking sit down.
Educate yourselves on ALL the presidential candidates policies as well as how they plan to go about making these policies happen.
Don’t get all your information on tumblr because half the time it’s wrong, twisted or just plain made up. If you see something on tumblr that interests you or makes you upset about a certain candidates, do the research.
Don’t stick to a singular news source. A lot of times our favorite news sources can be bias, whether we realize it or not.
Don’t let anyone peer pressure you into liking/voting for a certain candidate. Make your own choice, don’t like your parents, roommates, followers, romances or friends make the decision for you.
Check what they really stand for. Look at their policies directly from their sites and analyze the information they give you. Watch interviews with the candidates from a variety of news channels.
Do the numbers. Do their tax plans add up? Does it actually pay for everything? Is it going to put the United States into even more debt? You have to critically analyze if they can actually do what they claim they can do and if it is truly best for all of Americans, not just a select few.
It’s okay to like someone that your peers/family/followers/political party don’t. If you believe they will truly do the best job for this great nation, then don’t let other people let you feel bad for liking them.
This election could build our country back up or tear it down even further than it is now. We, the youngest generation eligible to vote, have a huge impact on where this country will be headed, so get your information on all the possible choices.
Reblogging this because the midterms are just as important!
Realizing this says presidential candidates- but it applies to EVERY elections, referendum and proposals. Do YOUR job as a voter to make YOUR impact.
The state of Kerala, India, is experiencing one of the worst floods since 1924. Over 20,000 houses have been damaged completely and 10,000 km of roads have been destroyed. Essential services have taken a hit, with shortages in medical supplies and drinking water reported from several places. A red alert has been issued in 11 of the 14 districts.
324 people have lost their lives since the rains started on May 29. Over half of them – 190 across 14 districts – have died in the last few days. Over 314,000 people have been moved to relief camps across the state with many more still missing or unreachable.
AnboduKochi is a non-profit organisation that has been one of the largest groups to provide relief support in Kochi, they need cash to transport all the donations they have been getting and make sure it gets to the relief camps.
keralarescue.in is an initiative by Govt. of Kerala, Kerala State IT Mission and IEEE Kerala Section for effective collaboration and communications between authorities, volunteers and public
Google has put out a consolidated and pin-dropped list of centres providing rescue ops, including shelters, food and water, medicine and essentials, volunteers, Jeep rescue and ambulances, among others.
In case you are looking for someone stranded in Kerala or have information about someone, use the Person Finder, which crowdsources information, to help.
Below are some ways to donate and help rebuild the lives of those affected.
The Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF)is 100% exempt from tax and “is an emergency assistance release mechanism granting immediate relief to families and individuals distressed by calamity, loss of life due to accidents and chronic diseases.”
Amazon lets users donate to one of three NGOs: Goonj, Habitat for Humanity and World Vision India. Once you select one of the three NGOs, you can choose what you want to donate by going through their wishlist
Please consider donating any amount of money you can. If you know of any more resources and ways to help, please add to this post.
Hi! I am not sure if any of my followers saw, but I’ve been
saying it is pretty bad for Kerala right now. (PS: I’m safe right now, and my
family has moved to shelters or high-level areas).
Just in case, if you didn’t know, Kerala is a small state in the
south-west part of India. We are mainly known for our cynicism, sarcasm, and
our love of going to “The Gulf”. We are that part of India that had Muslims before the Mughals Invasion and Christians before the British Invasion
and lived more-or-less in harmony with each other throughout. We love our
socialism, our love of eating beef, and generally trying
to resist the majoritarian principles of rest of the country.
And currently, Kerala is trembling under the fury of the
monsoon.
There has been incessant rain for the past three weeks, and
most parts of Kerala are flooded. Till yesterday , 12 out of 14 districts were on
Red Alert. All 44 rivers on this small strip of land was overflowing.
As the rains continued, most lakes, reservoirs, and dams got filled and 33
dams were opened. And the outflow of these dams combined with rainwater rushed through towns and cities alike.
There has been landslides, sudden top soil movement and road
collapses throughout the state, but especially in hilly areas. Most bridges,
roads (including National Highways) are either completely destroyed or flooded beyond
use.
Ten thousands of homes have been inundated and families have
moved away. People and entire cities
& towns have been marooned.
This man is inside his home; neck-deep in water [he made this
video and shared it through social media in an effort to get noticed and
rescued]:
The Kochi International Airport is flooded and would be shut
down for ten days. Railways are jammed and most roads are flooded. Most dams are open and cities have turned into lakes and
rivers. The fact that there are water disputes with neighbouring states and state-level
& national-level politics involved doesn’t help the common people of Kerala
either.
This is not a water-tank over-flowing.
It’s an entire dam that is overflowing
(the Peringalkutthu dam, to be precise):
.
The death toll is currently estimated to be about 300 and over 3 lakh individuals have been displaced.
It is only because of high inter-connectivity and an educated
population that the death toll has been under control.
And this is just the beginning:
Those who are rescued has to deal with extensive
property damage.
Farmers have to deal with huge crop loss.
Most rescue shelters are running out of food and
medicines.
Food shortage will continue even after the floods
as most of our food comes from Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh, and the roads and railways connecting
the two states are flooded.
Roads, Bridges and Communication channels will
have to be rebuilt.
Outbreaks of water-borne diseases as water will
get contaminated
Outbreaks of mosquito-born diseases like Dengue
fever as stagnant water persists.
Large sections of Kerala is flooded. Kochi has come to a halt.
Seriously, we are in big trouble. So,if you can donate,
please do. Small acts of kindness goes a long way. If not, please signal boost.
to me, one of the weirdest things about our economy right now is the credential inflation
like my dad got a job as a mechanic when he graduated high school, and he was employed with a high school diploma to a full time job with a union, and had health insurance and benefits.
at this point, I have graduated from high school, have a Bachelor’s degree, have a Master’s Degree, have two years of experience working in my field, and am a due paying member of multiple professional organizations. And that qualifies me to compete in a two-stage interview process for a part time job that offers no health care.
This is what decades of stripping the working class of their rights looks like.
