About 4 hours ago, I tried to comment on a fic, and was unable to do it; the site kept taking me to a blank, white page, which when refreshed, took me right back to the comments section. I got the same result on multiple fics. I tried clearing my history/cache/cookies/etc. and am still having the problem. I even tried using a different browser, and am still getting the same result, though it is giving me this error message on an otherwise blank white page:

This page isn’t working

archiveofourown.org is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

I have tried to contact the site’s Technical Support department for assistance, but the site won’t accept that either, giving me the same error page as before.

Does anyone have any solutions for this issue, or are simply experiencing it themselves as well?
