Little bit of tribute art for my favorite member of Oh My Girl, JinE, who officially left the group a little over a
year ago in October of 2017 after a long battle with anorexia nervosa.
Hyejin,
I know you’ll probably never, ever see this, but I hope that wherever
you are, you’re healthy and happy and at peace with yourself. Thank you
for all your hard work as JinE, Oh My Girl’s quiet, silly pink whale and
caring team mom. OMG wouldn’t be where it is today without you. 💗
Yooa is honestly so underrated. She can easily outdance other main dancers, but she’s hardly ever mentioned as one of the best dancers of this generation. And she’s not only good at dancing, she’s a great singer too and a good rapper. She’s really an all-rounder and it’s annoying that more people don’t see that.
I was in a slump after I debuted. My time as a trainee was the shortest out of all my members, it was about one year long. Things I should’ve experienced as a trainee, I experienced after debuting. I didn’t know anything. I would be in the recording studio not know what I’m doing. I had no one to talk to because all of the members were struggeling. My parents would worry, so I couldn’t tell them, either. Back then I struggled with sleeping disorders and apnea. I think I cried everyday during those times. I cried under the blanket. Those were the hardest times. (x)
